  Once your request is submitted, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email to ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently.

  Package Your Products

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leaking during transit, and attach the shipping label.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
